The Vision for Clore Station
In 2017, the Clores hired world-renowned New Urbanist planners DPZ CoDesign to craft a master plan. Two years later, the Clores held a week-long design charrette inviting hundreds of community partners to provide input on the plan. The plan brings together homes, parks, and gathering spaces in a timeless design, setting the stage for a connected and enduring community.

Single family homes are 2-story structures ranging from 1,500 to 4,000 square feet, built on lots sized either 36 feet by 100 feet or 40 feet by 80 feet with a walkout basement, and are available as custom builds or spec homes with a garage.
